Camera Tracking or something Eles?

When I'm using After Effects, what plug in or Effect do I use to help keep the camera look like its not moving. We shot a Music Video on a bumpy dirt road. We rig the camera on the truck. There are some scenes of the camera moving/shaking. What is the plug in and is there a turtorial on it so that I can make sure I'm doing this right?

Use the motion tracker. Its not a plug in, it is a tool.It comes with AE Pro. It is its own panel that can be opened from the "window" menu.

Try tutorial 01 Sky Replacement, or 42 Advanced sky replacement or 43 the demon face warp for all your motion tracking needs (and then reverse tracking as well)
