Camera Thefts

I know automobile trunks aren't the easiest thing to break in to, but if someone knew you had expensive stuff in there they'd probably do what it takes. Anyone here have first hand experience with trunk break ins? I've seen horrific thefts of valuable gear left in back seats, not trunks yet.
 
If it's valuable and they know it's there they'll just take the whole car.........

I've seen door locks jimmied with a large flat-head screw driver and leverage
(bastards took my buddy's car recently)
I'd hazard a guess that the same would be true for locks on an average trunk

Your best bet would be getting good insurance
