I'm from the Tampa area as well. Nice to know there's more of us around.
Sorry, I don't know of any stores. We use B&H for EVERYTHING. We've never had any problems, and usually get everything in 3 days using standard ground shipping.
But it would be nice to have a place to go check things out. Orlando would have some better options, especially because of Full Sail (film school). I have a photographer friend who lives and works out there, I'll see what I can find out.
I know Orlando's far, but at least it's something.

Yeah, what part of tampa are you in? I wish we had a store, im a junior in highschool and i would love to go to Full Sail but the price is sooooo danm high
i'm actually in Lakeland, about 30 minutes away.
Full Sail is really a waist of money. It's a good school, but it's one of those deals where you come out thinking you should already be in Hollywood. Only a select few get good jobs, everybody else pays $50k to learn how to be a grip.
