I need to send my Canon XHA1 to have the Head Phones and Firewire Port Replaced.

Please tell me some good camera repair shops that can do the job for a decent price!

Thanks!

well in was just told they cant repair my XHA1's fire-wire port that the parts are no longer available isn't that something ... I was told companies have to make parts for discontinued items up to 5 years

You'll need to send it to a Canon Authorized Repair Center, the one in Irvine is the closest one to you.

Won't be cheap though. It cost $260 to replace my FW port.

Don't be too sure about that. Mine was under warranty too and I still had to pay because Canon claimed that I broke the FW by using it improperly.
