I'm doing a wedding on a beach in Miami. How can I protect my camera from the elements. Thanks for any answers!

There are dust jackets to protect the body and whatnot free from dust, and a simple screw on UV filter should always be on the front of the lens.

Depends what you're doing - if you're worried about light spray, a porta-brace type jacket would probably be fine. If the risk is dropping the thing in the sea, you'll need a full waterproof case.
A sort of mid ground is the Aquapac case, which is a heavy duty plastic bag with a glass panel in the front for the lens. this would protect against splashes and very shallow immersion.
Getting a mic feed into anything other than a portabrace type case will be a challenge though.
