Camera head tracking/follow system?

Does anyone know of a precise camera following system. As in, it can follow a subject moving around (or a stationary object and the camera moving). I imagine there are two options for this, one where the device visually track the subject (using a secondary camrea or smatphone) and then relays that data to a motorized head or it uses a tracker that is hidden on the subject (like the soloshot) I don't really like the soloshot because it has a built in camera and it doesn't seem very precise (I'd want the movement to have a quick reaction time). Does anything like this exist? Ideally something that could hold a 5D IV
 
Have you tried out the Ronin S? They updated the firmware late last year to give it subject tracking with a smartphone, like the SC. I haven’t played with the tracking, but I have messed around with the force pro setting where it mimics the movement of your phone for pan and tilt and it is very responsive, so I’d imagine it could react tracking a subject around just fine.
