What is the best way to do the following technique.
The camera follows the person usually focused on their face and moves with them in any direction they go in. Not sure of a better way to explain it.
Is it simply the camera man knows the direction and does the movements with him in sync?

Like this scene from Breaking Bad (10 sec mark) but without spinning. This scene i assume the camera is on something he is spinning around with.
