Easiest solution is to not drive into the sun. BAM, problem solved.

You could do some tests with polarizing filters as well.

Yeah, what you need for this is a polarising filter. Also, lots of tiedowns!

6x ultra bounced rigged horizontally over the windshield, black side down, that'll kill all the reflections. You should find yourself a good key grip to rig it for you though.

+1 to Ryan T.... not too long ago there was a thread on how to build a carmount yourself the rig way.
And then you have a the ultrabounce like a giant sunshade over the front window of the car mounted with grip gear. That enables you to control the light falling on the actors.
