Started this over on the fujix forum, but talking to myself over there. Here are the pictures so far.









Found out that the matte box wouldn't go low enough to meet the 85mm height spec. for 15mm LWS rods, so I cut new arm pieces to allow the box to set at mid adjustment and be within spec. Now it will work with cameras with no riser, or cameras that are too high.



Yes the flags are mostly for show, I intend to cut masks for each lens, then the flags will only get used when I need that little bit extra that gets around the mask.
 
I should probably mention that the X-T1 has a stupid video record button that must be used to start/stop recordings. In the last two pictures you can see a black X on top of the cage, this is where my electronic remote trigger will be going to start and stop recordings. I have it functioning, but no pictures of it yet. Need to rig up another for the focus assist (focus magnification) button/ probably the lower one on the battery grip.
 
Stills are great, moire is a bit of a problem for video. That's a much longer post I need to make over here, but here is a link to my original and ongoing work.

The only take away from this and other peoples comments is that Fuji lenses should not be used for video. I'm getting results that will make me print the chart twice as big so I know the printer can resolve everything, then I think the Mamiya lenses will really shine. I was studying the 35mm lens crop (last test) and pretty much decided that the Mamiya lens seems to out resolve the Zeiss Touit 32mm lens. This all might come down to differences in micro contrast.

Lack of real viewfinder options might be the biggest problem left for me to solve.
