Camcrane, Portajib or Cobra Crane needed!

Not sure if this is the right place to post this - but I will soon, when John Hudson bans me violently.

Anyway, my Glidecam crane 200 is currently locked in a car of an individual currently out of the state. It is needed for an intense shoot tomorrow. While I do my best to somehow get access into that car without resorting to psychotic vandalism, I wanted to see if anyone in the LA area has either a:

Glidecam crane 200
Portajib
or Cobra Crane II

that I can rent for Saturday. I would also need a sturdy tripod and camera head (doesn't need to be mechanical). I will gladly pay industry rental rates to any kind soul who steps forward. PM me if you qualify for this limited time offer.

Do you know anyone with AAA, they should be able to open the car - of course they may want some proof you, or someone there with you, owns the car.

Also, tow truck drivers usually have a slim-jim for opening car doors - again, they usually want some verification of ownership.

Just a thought.
 
Yeah I'm trying to get in touch with the car owner so they can try making the AAA call. Ah, the joys of production.
