and i need to output the image to VGA Video Cabel (Male) .. it is projector in concert hall .. and has long cable only with VGA connector male ...

can you please advice me best (and cheapest) possible solutions ? maybe some converters ? mini-HDMI to vga .. or component, av to VGA

Well, first off, you need to be sure that the projector can handle component on its VGA input. Many of them can, and I would even go so far to say as most projectors made in the last couple of years can... but you never know.

The other potential problem I see is with that "long" cable. I don't have a lot of experience in pushing component video down a long VGA cable, but I do have a lot of experience with pushing VGA down a long VGA cable; and I have seen situations where 35' is too far to push a signal without amplification. Now, there are a lot of factors involved in that equation, and maybe component video is immune to some of them, but I have to wonder.

All that said, something like what KKeller posted would probably work if the projector will take component on its VGA input. Technically, I think your situation would be better served by female RCA's and a female VGA connector (since you'll have male RCA's on your HF100's component breakout cable and presumably a male VGA on the venue's long VGA calbe), but you may just have to bite the bullet and work with a lot of gender changers. :)
