California Film Festivals - Any suggestions?

I was wondering if you guys had any recommendations for California film festivals that are "worth" submitting to. I have two short films that I'd like to start shopping around the circuit.

I look at the festival circuit like applying to colleges. You have your harvard/yale/princetond tier (sundance/cannes/tribecca), your USC/NYU/Northwestern (SxSW, etc.), the Cal States/San Diego State, and then your community colleges. (horrible analogy I know).

I already know that I want to do some of the bigger festivals (my reach ones) like SxSW etc. and then some medium ones like Hollywood Film Festival and Newport Beach Film festival.

But I'm rather unaware of the multitude of other festivals. I would love to get some recommendations and suggestions of which one you guys think justify the fee and attendance. Looking for small, medium, and large ones to add to the list.
 
There are number of the client who have the detail information about the California.
So if you will contact with those clients then he will give you the valuable information.

My first feature got into the Carmel Film Festival - super swank and got to meet a bunch of celebs. Beautiful town and very close to Pebble Beach - even had a private filmmakers dinner at Clint Eastwoods ranch.. We had a great time so I'd say it's worth a submission.
