Calibrating Matrox MXO

Hi guys, need some advise. Just set up a Matrox MXO system. Main screen apple 23", playback screen apple 20".
Everything installed ok, but I can't get the color bars to come up on the 20" for me to calibrate. I have tried all the bar files and it will not display any of them. The 20" screen just goes blank.
Am I missing something here???

Your help would be appreciated.
 
yes, you need to use a screen that is 1920x1200. so you need to switch the two monitors... use the 20 as the main and the 23 as the display.

Still can't get it to work though even with the Matrox display as the 23". Still only getting a blank screen!
Tried re-installing the software and no difference.

Anybody got any other ideas?
 
Check on their support forum, as there are threads there regarding this.
It's an Apple QT issue that they are addressing at Matrox.
In the meantime they recommend backdating quicktime, untill the drivers are updated.
