caldigit vr - express card-macbp-raid tool problem

i just got the caldigit vr and hooked it up via express card slot,the raid tool software which installed keeps the loading screen on and never boots.man i thank everyone for their help.and my cadigit drive is not showing on desk top

connect to vr using firewire 800/400 or usb first. the drive should mount and be ready to use out of the box.

make your changes with the raid tool software or using the lcd panel on the front of the unit.

then after rebooting and such reconnect with the expresscard adaptor.

Ok everything works fine now,but when i try to use the raid tool software that came with it , a screen comes up that says loading, and it just never loads.i was running snow lepard and it gave my mbp a kernal panic attack,i had to go to apple and have it fixed,now im back on 10.5 and its doing the same thing, loading............for ever
