Cage mount question

Regarding this cage

Does this only work on Arca-type tripods or what would it take to use it with a regular tripod for video?

That's silly, never seen a video head with Arca clamp before. I'd be more incline to buy a smallrig cage. http://www.smallrig.com/ Cheaper, probably just as good, and definitely video centric. They are all over Amazon and ebay.

Thank you Greg_E. I wasn't familiar with Arca before, but it looked like an obstacle for my purposes. Too bad, too. Because I liked that cage being able to fit my A7Sii with battery grip. Most I find cannot.
