Caffeine reliance?

Almond milk is a good substitute for soy, if you're avoiding cow-products in your coffee.

Weekdays, I only drink coffee when on location, one cup in the morning. I guess it's more ritual than anything else since I don't feel much effect even from the three-four cups I often drink on weekends.

Getting wired to anything in order to boost your productivity or get you through the day means that you're running the risk of cultivating a vulnerability. Best avoided, where possible.

I swear coffee has no energizing effect on me. I drink a cup in the morning more out of habit, and because it does help relieve my asthma somewhat. I find for a wake up boost a tablespoon of honey with a pinch of cinnamon actually does the trick.

There is nothing like a few cups of good, fresh coffee with a pack of cigarettes while editing or shooting.

I guess I´m an old fashioned guy.

Here are some some actual (really) photos of me.

That's not a bit of coke. By drinking that much coke, you're increasing the chance of getting diabetes before you're 50 at least ten fold. You're also increasing the chance of pancreatic cancer, heart conditions, and the list goes on. The chance of that much coke NOT contributing to a horrible disease is small.

That and it's horrible for your skin.

Better to burn out then to fade away......just kidding.

I will be giving it up today.

I really, really don't understand why people buy and drink energy drinks. They are pretty dangerous. I remember trying this one called NOS and found out after I'd drank nearly 300mg of caffeine. My heart went crazy and I was petrified lol.

Never again. To me, energy drinks are evil concoctions of pure crap.

I know soda is crap too, but at least it deosn't have insane amounts of caffeine. Energy drinks should be used to get people out of comas they are that strong. They are cans/bottles of adrenaline.

The sugar, carbonation and the artificial sweeteners in sodas are probably no better for you than the insane amounts of caffeine...
