Greetings,
We shot 2 tapes worth of footage on a DVX100a, and advanced pulldown was turned on in the camera.
However, I got a cadence error on just 2 shots when I tried to capture with pulldown removed. Every other shot came in fine, just those 2 had to be pulled in without pulldown removal.
Questions:
1) does this make sense? Am I possibly missing something here and it's not a pulldown issue with the cadence error?
2) When I try to use those 2 clips in a 23.98 sequence, I have to render every time I do something with them. Can I get around that?
3) should I just write off those 2 shots to avoid the headache of dealing with the mixed footage?
4) Is there a way to "fix" those shots so they are at 23.98 like everything else? If so, will they look and behave OK?
Thanks!
Jason
