So I found out the other day that Cache was accepted into the Action on Film Fest. I honestly know very little about the fest, but entered based on Bliane's advice and encouragement. So thanks Blaine. This is our first festival entry (aside form Hero-Fest) so it is a nice step for us. Thanks to all who posted the great comments and input in the our thread during Hero-Fest. And of course a big thanks to Jarred Land and DVXuser for hosting the contest that pushed us make Cache.

Congrats!

By the way, I really liked Cache (saw it a few weeks ago when I first joined DVXUSER).

Very cool story- A very unique idea that really grabs you. Perfect name for this short too. Reminded me of 'Unbreakable' a little bit- but your idea with the gift/curse burden on the hero is much more developed.

I also like how the premonitions are considered "delusions" and the hero is in treatment for them.

Thought it was shot really well. Great lighting, contrast and pacing. Acting superb. Especially like the silouhette shot 'less is more' bit with the baseball bat at the end- very cool use of slow back and forth dolly to sell that scene!

So far, this and 'Bone Hand' are the best things I've seen on DVXUSER...

Good luck in the festivals! Looking forward to more...

A big Congratulations to you, Snodart... I really loved your Cache project. If you are attending the festival, maybe I will see you there. My Vigilantes Feature was selected as well. It would be nice to meet some fellow DVXers.

Take care and again, great job on your project.

Congratulations man!
It's cool and pretty different to see your stuff blown up and with a roomful of strangers, vs. the buds on DVX.
Good luck :)

I'll be there! We're in also with "A Price Too High" and the worldwide premiere of the Smuggler's Ransom trailer will also be at the festival.
