Buying a wordpress website template, regular vs. extended license

I want a website to promote my video production business. I'm a little slow, do I need a regular or an extended license?

Regular : Use by you or one client, in a single end product which users are not charged for
Extended: Use by you or one client, in a single end product which users may be charged for

The terminology confuses me. Just wanted to make sure.

You are planning to charge, yes?

Then, you'd need the extended license.
