Buying a Sachtler Ace in Portugal

I'll be going to Portugal in some months and I'd like recommendations on which store to buy a Sachtler Ace tripod from, specially from a store from Portugal itself or a near country (so shipping is not so expensive - I think buying from another EU country to another does not incur in custom taxes).

So please help me European friends.

Thank you!
