no problems here with a few refub purchases over the years. did get an ibook that had no power adapter. a phone call later and one was on my doorstep the very next day.
Apple is pretty solid. I bought a refurb imac and the firewire port died. Took it to the apple store (still under applecare, highly recommend it) and they fixed it.
