Buying a DVX100B from eBay?

Hell yes it's worth it, if you want a grey market camera with no warranty, rebate, that fell off a truck in China and ended up here. Then again, it might have some of those conflict diamonds hidden within the flux capacitor that cause some units to have a clunking sound.

but uhm, this is a new camera and it has a 800 number and says there's a warranty? :/
 
Bro, don't buy that.

You wanna buy a dvx off ebay, buy it off another user, that bought it from an authorized dealer, and has extended or panasonic warranty left on it. Even if its used, its a better deal than these guys, believe me, go used with warranty, its better than new without warranty.
 
well honestly, I'm not willing to pay 3500 for a camera alone when i can get the camera plus a lot of other extras (even though they aren't great) for nearly a thousand less. my budget is in total no more than 3500 and i have to buy lighting, a green screen setup, and a wireless lav system.

Its actually cheaper than what these guys are selling for if you buy it from a different user, think about it.

a used Dvx100b/Dvx100a, for about 2000-2700, with warranty, and the stuff the authorized dealers include, or this deal that offers some cheap cases and tripods which you wont use without warranty and a couple hundred more?

my first mini dv camera.. they rnt bad just gotta say no to all the accessories they try to sell you and the shipping is like 60 bux haha
