There's no mailing address or store/office location for them, under contact. Only phone numbers and e-mails. That's not a good sign. They don't want you to find them. Buyer beware.

He wants to buy a DVX100AE PAL version, not an AP NTSC. Panasonic does not sell PAL DVX's to US dealers including EVS. Jan Crittenden told me a long time ago that Panasonic has no support for PAL cams here so they don't want to get involved with that in North America. If he buys a PAL unit here in the US and brings it into his country, he will be buying gray market. His best bet is to buy from an authorized dealer in a PAL country.
 
That is true, PK, thank you very much for the vote of confidence, but we don't carry Pal DVX's. avr, I have heard great things about "Expandore", so I would probably try them. Best of luck.
