Hi, Dvx forum users

I'd like to ask for some advice and opinions from you.

I want to write a business plan, I have a rough plan of things I want to include but I got told from a business adviser that 'media' businesses need a specific
business plan layout.
What do you use? what is a good layout?

I have a few more questions, but i'll leave it there for now. Dont want to write too much :D

Thank you
Andy.

We found a template for ours by doing a quick google search... then just adjusted it for how we felt about our business and worked out what we were hoping to achieve and when. I think once you get the grasp of a few existing ones... you will be able to make your own mind up as to what you need to include. Write up a draft and get a few people to look over it, maybe someone in the industry and maybe someone else who is strictly business.

Hope this helps in some way!

Tom.
