For some odd reason I would love to travel to an alternate universe where Burt Reynolds played Han Solo in Star Wars.

Could have been interesting, especially Empire Strikes Back in full Cannonball mode. Look out for Sherriff Vader! The other ones in that article are even more interesting. Christopher Walken as Han Solo, I don't care if it ruins the movie - I want to see that! (C'mon SNL, make it real). Matrix with Will Smith as Neo and Sean Connery as Morpheus would be unrecognisable. Eric Stoltz, he's a favourite of mine but not as Marty McFly. Tom Selleck as Indy? Where would the ferrari come into it and Higgins as Short Round?

Cannonball Run in less than 12 parsecs? Sally Field as Princess Leia (Yeah I know, Smokey and the Bandit was the wacky car chase movie she co-starred in with Burt)?

What would really blow my mind would be to see Walken as a Jedi having a conversation with Yoda.

Yeah, this one is odd. Probably just a case of Hollywood casting agents throwing the net out as far and wide as possible to see what big stars were interested in The Matrix. I just can't picture Sean Connery as hacker rebel Morpheus.

Wouldn't Higgins be more like the Marcus Brody character?
