Burning the final project...

Hi.

I'm soon getting ready for burning my final project with Adobe Encore and would like to know few things. First, is there any reason why I should burn lower speed than the max speed that I can use for burning (4x)? Should I use lower speed and why? Second, is there any difference if I make an iso-file first of the whole DVD and then burn the iso with some other app? Is there any difference? Or should I burn the discs only straight with the Encore?

And yes, don't burn at warp speed unless you feel "lucky" Same goes with ISO to avoid incompatibility problems.
