Burned DVD OK - but see some artifacts...

I see some horizontal lines, don't rmember having that problem when I burned my short THE PARK BENCH on DVD with same DV architect and if my memory serves me right, with 24p NTSC settings...

I understand my TV screen may be the culprit, but since most people will watch the DVD on their TV screen, seems I need to fix the problem - somehow - how do I do that?

Hmm. You shouldn't see that with 720/24p and the DVDA 24p settings.

If you're watching it on a standard 4:3 TV, it could be something the DVD player is doing. Do you see that behavior in Hollywood DVDs?

I can't see frame rate settins when I do to DVDA "property" from "file" menu... I don't know what it's burnign at. I did see however that in the rigth upper corner, under "media" property it says "reduce interlace flicker is "OFF" - Can't say I ever touched this setting, didn't even notice it aws there LOL... Is that the problem, maybe?

You'll see "Reduce Interlace Flicker" in the menu page properties; you sometimes want to use that when you're creating a menu with small text or detailed graphics.

There's no setting for making a 24p DVD; you just give it 24p material and it'll make the disc according to it. A DVD can carry video files that have different frame rates.
