building a shooting studio

So I'm part of a small company that has had the fortune to upgrade our location into a substantially larger space. we've split the area into a post/animation computer geek area in the front and we're building a production video/film studio in the rear. The space is a decent size 15 ft ceilings, we've built a 2 sided cove that is approx. 15x30 and have some gear: handful of kinos, smaller arri 1ks, 650 etc. I really want to set this studio up right to rent out for smaller productions and would love some great dvxuser input into what gear people would suggest to arm this studio with to make it a dream studio for smaller productions. I'd like to avoid purchasing too much (limited budget - sad face), but there are probably some smart purchases that people with more gear experience that I have, could suggest. Oh and we have already hooked up proper 3 phase cam-lock power and are setting up sound baffles for echo reduction so logistically I believe we are in the right direction. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Would this be a Dry Hire situation? i.e. Room & Lighting only? Because, you could run it as a Production House, and increase your profit margins by hiring out a complete production facility. There's a studio near me who do it. Ill list their base package;

- Backdrop
- Lighting Kit for Chroma Keying etc
- Track/Dolly/Tripod
- Camera + accessories
- Jib

You get my drift. If you own the kit anyway, and it isnt being used by yourselves, you might as well hire it out in your facility!

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We're about 90% done on renovations and hopefully we can get it up and running in a month or so. And yeah we're thinking of basically offering two options. One just studio, no gear. And the second as a full production package. And want to keep it as a cheaper options than other studios and aim it at the more independent, up and comers who may not be able to afford some of the larger, higher end studios. Not that we'd turn away larger clients :)

We don't have a dolly or a jib, but have been seriously considering getting one or both. We have a Kessler cineslider that we've used on location a bit and we're thinking of possibly getting one of their jibs. Curious as to how much importance people put on that for a green screen studio. Again we're trying to be frugal, but want gear in there that people want.
