Build My Rig!

OK, so I am fairly confident that I will begin to build my rig for my A1 at the end of summer. I want to get a good idea about what I am getting and how much I'm looking at.

Here is what I "have" so far:

35mm Adapter - LEX with nikon mount
IndiSlider
IndiFocusPro
Rails - Cavision RS-15
Matte Box - microMattebox
Tripod - Libec LS-38

Is there anything else I need/change?

I'd stongly consider an external monitor for focusing.

Might want to throw a mic or two into that setup, a nice case would be good as well, and some lenses for the LEX?

Monitor = good idea. Which one?

No to the matte box. Even though it will be one of the first inexpensive purchases.

I do have a NTG-2 and M3. So far, i havent been impressed, but im sure its user error. And i have a petrol bag. Its getting the job done, however, the part of the bag that holds the address and such absorbed the ink on the card AKA messing it up. SO im pretty mad about that one.
