Bugs in my shipment from Epson printers

I dont know if this is the right place to post this but..

Yesterday i received a new printer from epson & today i noticed wings all over the floor around the box.

I looked in the bottom of the box & there is about 20-30 little bugs crawling around,
1/2 of them dead.

To me they look like termites!!!

Ive taken pictures of them & contacted epson, sent them the pics. & waiting for a response.

I scraped a bunch of them into a tuperware container & put a piece of cardboard in w/ them & theyre all over it.

I guess ill have to contact my landlord.

Any suggestions on what i should do.

Yea its the rebate artisan 700.
It was probably sitting in some infested warehouse.

Still havent heard back from them, calling them back tomorrow.

Still have a few in a tuperware container & they seem to be gnawing on the cardboard thats in there w/ them.
Gonna bring them by a pest control place just to see if they are termites.
