Buffalo DriveStation Quattro / eSATA ext. Hard Drive

Does anybody own such an external hard drive? Can you recommend it?

4 high speed hard drives (4 x 250 or 500GB)
HW RAID controller (RAID 0, 1, 5 and JBOD)
USB 2.0 and eSATA connections
eSATA PCI adapter included

Buffalo's drives, just as the price are cheap they are grade C / D drives. I would not trust paying gigs on them.

I use G-Technology G-Drives;

They have A LOT of options. And use grade A+ drives.
