Budget shoulder mount?

As I continue to assemble my production gear, I'm looking for a budget shoulder mount. And by budget I mean way less than a DVRigPro -- just can't swing that after getting the DVX, tripod, NDs, etc. Something around $100 - $150, maybe a little more. I've seen a couple on B&H and EVS (steadistick and video innovators stuff), but have no experience with anything. Most of my stuff will be tripod-based, but I still need to go hand-held and I'm weak from my days on the pro-arm-wrestling circuit. Indeed. Any recommends? Thanks.

Re: Budget shoulder mount?

I suspected someone might be up to this. Has anyone else built their own? I've done the $14 steadicam (which I like), but don't have as much time at the moment to devote to such activities. Although i will be trapped in southeast Iowa for a week after Christmas, so if anyone has plans for one, I'll have time then to do it. :D
