I wanted to know what are the general rates for hiring production staff in Canada.

Is there a good source, where I can find rates for different positions (Production Assistant, Assistant Director, Director/Producer, Cameraman etc.)

The level of the documentary will be something on the lines of PBS Documentary which covers different parts of the world, all in HD, shot with Panasonic HVX200.

Thanks
