Broken Libec Jib arm

Hi everybody, I got a big problem, one of the handles that thightens my Libec Jib Arm got broken. Does anyone knows if Libec, give support for this kind of troubles, or maybe they sell the jib arm pieces separately. The model of the jib arm is jb-30u. I`ll really appreciate your help tks

If I remember, the jib uses fairly standard knobs and standard threads. You can go onto a good parts supplier and buy a knob with the thread on it. If you can find out what threads it uses you can go onto RS and buy a new knob.

Tks for your answer, the piece thats broken is like an aluminium ring that get pressed with a handle, the knob its ok but this ring is broken by the half. Do you think that I can find this ring?
