Broken LCD Advice - HVX200

Yesterday my camera dropped about two feet off a tripod (still don't know how it happened exactly) and it must have landed on flip out LCD screen.

It is now cracked and no longer functional.

This camera has probably been used around a dozen times, so it was tragic that a camera in this pristine of a condition experienced this fate.

My question is does anyone have any advice on how to best replace one of these? Is there anything I should know?

Many thanks in advance.

Forget it, much to expensive, for what a used HVX sales today (and in the future).
Buy a external monitor and you are golden.
It´s cheaper, better quality and you can still use it when the HVX is long gone.

If you want a small cheap one, check out Liliput, if you want to invest in the future, look for a Marshall, SmallHD, or the other usual suspects with component, HDMI and SDI inputs.

Thanks Frank. Great advice. Realistically, I felt an external monitor might be the best solution, I was just hoping to hear that fixing the LCD wouldn't be too expensive.
