Broken horizontal lines

Any of you guys know why I get broken horizontal lines on Edius source or record monitor when I play back from timeline or clip? Didn't have that problem before.

here is a still of the horizontal lines I'm talking about. It comes more at each cut to a different shot.

I don't think it has to do with field. That only happens when I play back P2 files from the HPX500. HDV files plays just fine. I'm pulling my hairs out trying to figure out what I didn't do right.

Emailed edius support for about a week now but no response.
 
Are you using procoder to convert the p2 files to HQ for editing on the timeline? I experienced some weird lines on avchd files i converted. But when i converted the files from inside the bin by batch convert them the files were ok.

I did not convert anything and with p2 files, there's no need to convert it in edius. I think it has something to do with the settings of the project. My original footages are shot on the HPX500 at 1440 X 1080/24p over 60i and if I set it to that setting, I'll get the weird horizontal lines but if I set the project settings to 1920 X 1080 with 24p, it plays back fine and looks fine on the program monitor, as well as the source monitor. Weird but I guess I'll just have to edit like that for now.

I am sure it's some bug issue but I'm not techy enough to put the blame on Edius.
