Broken Ground Glass!!! Replacement?

The spinning ground glass on my sg pro rev2 adapter broke! It's now in 3 pieces after a fairly substantial camera drop. Everything else is just fine. I'm doing a music video in just under two weeks and I need a quick fix! Can i buy a replacement ground glass? Any suggestions? Please and thankyou!
 
I emailed the guys at SGpro but haven't gotten a response yet, incase they take a long time to respond, anybody have any more suggestions? Thanks
