broke the ring around the lens where sun blocker is attached

Last problem of last year was broking the ring around the lens where you attach the sun blocker, etc. The strong wind blow the camera on tripod and had a soft handing, can you imagine...The ring around has three small screws which broke. It is easy to fix it. Take the part out, which is out and put the new back in and screw it. But, where can I buy a part for it and how much might cost? DVX100 Pal.

Unfortunately, I can't find an exploded view of the parts, and have no idea what they call that part.
