Broadcast Safe Filter not working completely

I high-lighted the whole sequence and chose the broadcast safe filter and it fixed most spots, but the are still spots that are not corrected with the yellow triangle warning. Any advice on what I did wrong or how to make this work better next time. I had to manually go back and try to fix these spots with adjusting the saturation and contrast but it looks very sloppy.

Always adjust your footage shot by shot with the 3-way color corrector. The Broadcast Safe filter is there to just catch any minor overages that you may have...it is not intended to be a magic filter that makes things OK.

For those few clips, drop in the 3-way color corrector and manually adjust until you are in the safe zone.
