Britek Softbox help

I got my new light and softbox yesterday, and (for whatever reason) the diffuser was a little dirty. Nothing huge, but it did give the light a yellower look to my eye. When I metioned it to Tom so i could find out the best way to wash it, they just sent me a new one instead.

That's customer service. And as long as they have what I need, that's where I'm buying my lights.
