Britek SoftBox dis-assemble?

I love my new Britek gear, but while I find the softboxes easy to assemble, I'm having a really hard time taking them back apart -- i.e., pulling the bolts back out of the hole -- the tension is really strong. Is there are trick or tip to this that I haven't figured out yet?

I pre-bent all of the steel rods to the shape they take when assembled. Not quite all of the way so there is still some tension holding the soft box up, but just enough to ease assembly/disassembly.
