Britek Softbox Assembly

Beginner question here......can anyone explain to me how to assemble the britek softbox? The instructions are very poorly written, and it just doesn't feel like I've put together correctly, as so as its right side up things sag a bit. What keeps the poles from wiggling around? Do they lock at all? (as in the starting position)
