Britain's Got Talent: Susan Boyle

I was just about to post this. That has to be one of the homliest women I've ever seen but WOW can she sing...If she looked like she sounded she'd be Elle McPherson.
 
That old broad is a hoot! It was really funny, watching people rolling their eyes at her wanting to be a singer, then watching their eyes pop and jaws drop when she belted out those first notes. That was priceless.
 
Well, she belted out that song as well as Patti LuPone. But if she was young and pretty, would anyone really remember it? The reactions and comments make me think not.

So, props to the lady for slapping the condescension out of 'em, anyway. :)

Me too, but then I don't really keep uptodate with what's going on much, so delayed reaction....

It's really great to see other forums 'advertising' this amazing voice!
