long story short, i have a doc that is now on two formats. i tested upresing the PD150 stuff but it starts to fall apart ( even with Instant HD ) as it gets towards the resolution of the 5D ( obviously ). i am going to try finding an intermediate place where the 5D can come down and the PD150 stuff can go up... something like 1280 X 720 and use Instant HD and just try and find a way to make it work. does this sound like a reasonable compromise or is there another solution? i should mention that a preview of this piece will be shown at a film festival soon and in the end we imagine it being played in theaters. ( unless we have shot ourselves in the foot by having ANYTHING on the PD150 in which case we reshoot what we can.. ugh )
