I have a video clip in Premiere CC on my PC which I have several key frames on to adjust framing/position of the shot.
Over in Final Cut 7 on a Mac, the lead editor has done audio, titles, etc., and is likely doing the final edit/export from there.
So, I want to get the video clip to him with the keyframes so he can finalize the video from Final Cut 7.
What's the best way to do that?
Will exporting as a Final Cut Pro XML and bringing the project into Final Cut 7 recognize the keyframes from Premiere CC?
Or, should I export the clip and import that into Final Cut 7? If so, what settings should I export it as? I don't believe I can do ProRes from my PC.
