Brightening dark/shadowy footage question..

Hey all.

I used to use Adobe Premiere Pro, and I was wondering if anyone also is familiar with Premiere's "Shadow/Highlights" option, and what the equivelant would be in Final Cut.

I used to apply this to darker footage and it automatically put light into shadowy areas.. but not washed out like using Brightness/Contrast.

I have some dark footage in Final Cut now, and I cant seem to find a comparable filter. Anyone have any ideas?
