Brevis randomly shutting off

So i've run into this problem many times.

I charge it fully.

I turn it on.

Light goes on, yet no vibration.

Then randomly it just starts to work.

Has anyone else run into this issue? Or just me?
 
Is this an MP.1 or MP.2 version? If not, we have an upgrade kit that replaces everything moving, power related, or electronic in the unit. If you've had the unit for a awhile, this may be your best bet. The MP.2 and motor combination improve efficiency and offer quite a few refinements. In this case either the motor or the pulse width modulator is at fault.

In that case, you may want to take advantage of our upgrade program. You'll end with essentially a new adapter for ~ $200.
