Does the Brevis have a PL Mount option? I didn't see it on their site, though I've spotted a few people who are using PL Mounts with their Brevis.

Can you get two different mounts for the Brevis, and change as needed (also couldn't find this out from the Cinevate site).

I have access to some nice cine primes, and am trying to decide which mount to get with the Brevis.

We have a large number of PL mount users out there. The mounts are listed here:

The PL and OCT19 mounts have their own microcollimation system so if you're swapping from a Nikon (SLR mount) to the cine mounts, the adjustments are maintained for both. Our PL and OCT19 mounts were designed in-house, and manufactured 100% here in Canada to ensure that they're perfect. This was not always the case, but we learned our lesson :-)
