Brevis flip unit w/ no instructions

So i just bought the flip unit and it came with no instructions. I have no idea how to put this thing together. I am sure they assume its easy to put together but i am lost. I emailed cinevate and they give me a link to a video from the private customer forum. Only i dont have acsess to it even though I AM A CUSTOMER. And the guy that responded to my email tells me MAKE SURE YOU ARE REGISTERED (which i am) And have been given special acsess to it. WHY DIDNT HE GIVE ME SPECIAL ACSESS THEN? I dont get why they just cant add a little piece of paper explaining it. They want to make you jump through hoops. This is pissing me off.

I thought the same thing when i came to the Ipods w/ no paper instructions... Dennis is usually really goo with CS, an Im sure if you called him all you questions would be answered.

this is how they responded. why didnt i get special acsess right there? its like common senses if i am telling you i need help and to let me look at the video you tell me to get special acess. IF I HAD SPECIAL ACSESS I WOULDNT BE EMAILING YOU WITH THE QUESTIONS!

P, the setup guide is here online and doesn't require special access unless you want the HQ files for download. We do have quickstart quides (paper) with illustrations done for everything but these require a final review before printing. That was in response to a post just like this one a few weeks ago...sorry about that :-(

I finally got acsess to the forum and everything is cool now. The videos answered all my questions. I apologize if i spoke out of anger. It was pure frustration. I ve only toyed with the flip for ten minutes and i am already very happy with it. Highly recommend it.
