What do you want to discuss?

I just found out that one of my best friends and on and off lovers committed suicide. Trying to find the words when talking to her 20 year son, who moved out of her place just 6 months ago... and now has no relatives and have to deal with his mother's death... me... emotional roller coaster still...

Awe man, that's a lot to deal with. Maybe this thread can be a place for a few of us to vent.

While it's good to vent in a forum like this, if you are really depressed, you should get help from a professional.

A good philosophy for both feelings, and gas.

Speaking of GAS (as in Gear Acquisition Syndrome)..

The DVXuser answer would be : get more gear. It always make you feel better.

I have an FD lens that has been with me over 30 years and in all that time has never cheated on me or even nagged me once.

It seems this thread has taken a humorous turn.
Thanks for the laughs, guys. I actually laughed out loud; first time all day :)

^ True, look at Chris Cornell- literally a Rock Star, no, a Rock God. Suffered from depression, hung himself. I've lost 2 to suicide also.
There's sad, and there's depression. If you think it's the latter, seek help. Whether it's to "sort it out", just vent, or serious treatment, it's worth it.
They can help you figure it out. Because sometimes, you can't.

As far as the American way, Freud was Austrian.

Good luck my friend!
